Postcard for Mudhouse show in Downtown Charlottesville - October 6, 2006

Here's the front of the postcard for the Mudhouse show. It's a detail of the "Spoon Map" piece that I just recently completed. It's painted on a found tin wastepaper can that I cut and flantened before stretching onto a wood frame. The spoon and it's cast shadow are painted in oil and the full size of the piece is 20" x 8.5"

I'm delighted to see your stuff hanging again in the Mudhouse. Whenever art around town is brought up, someone inevitably mentions your show 2(?) years ago as the high watermark of what Cville artists have to offer.

Best of luck in your show.

Another high watermark achieved. Your pieces quietly and continuously exert a powerful draw. Thank you.
