Toy Tin Robot Painting

On a recent trip to my brother and sister-in-law's home on Olney, Maryland, I spotted this little toy robot that my sister-in-law played with when she was little. I have been looking for a cool little retro robot to do a painting of and this one seemed appropriate. This is oil on scrap tin (the tin here has a faint wood grain pattern printed on it) 26" x 26."
